These little cuties are approximately 10x10cm and are handmade from soft 100% cotton fabric and filled with rice to hold heat and cold longer.

Do not allow the inner shell to become wet.

Warm Therapy
Microwave for 15-30 seconds with a small cup of water in the microwave! Provides gentle, comforting heat therapy for up to 30 minutes. Reheat as often as you would like! 

Cool Therapy
Store in freezer for 2-4 hours. Provides quick cooling relief for up to 30 minutes - no need for extra towels, these boo-boo bags are the perfect amount of coldness to put straight onto our little one’s skin.
