The Beyond The Bump postpartum preparation pack was created by a NZ midwife specifically for those planning or about to embark on their new parenting journey in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
This pack of information cards contains realistic tips, hints and topics that will support you in preparing for those first weeks of having a newborn and transitioning to becoming a new parent.
The aim is to provide you with tools to empower and prepare you for your postpartum period.

- 1 x set of A6 cards, 26 sides of information
- 1x Quick reference sheet, 3xA6 size double sided fold out for the first week post birth. This reference sheet is a day by day list of things to keep in mind and keep your expectations at a realistic level for that ever important first week of parenting. It is made to stand up on a table or couch arm for easy access and quick review. Keep it near your baby feeding spot or somewhere in easy reach.
