Using Our Soothing Chest Rub

New Zealand’s weather can change in an instant, and with those changes come seasonal influxes of colds and sniffles. Using our chest rub can provide some relief and comfort from the symptoms, helping to ease congestion by unblocking sinus passages to make breathing easier. The gentle warmth of the balm can soothe aching muscles, helping your body and mind gently recover.

While our Soothing Chest Rub cannot cure illnesses, it can help bring comfort. We recommend having it ready at home or in a travel bag to use at the first sign of a cold.

To use, simply rub the balm onto the chest and back twice a day as required. It can also be rubbed onto the feet at bedtime for overnight relief.

Each 40g tub contains a combination of natural Olive Oil, Beeswax, Menthol Crystals, Camphor Essential Oil and Eucalyptus Essential Oil.
